• Transferring your American Express Membership Rewards points to Virgin Points is easy! Just make sure you're already a member of Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, as you'll need your Flying Club number to complete the transfer.

• Then head over to your American Express Membership Rewards page and log in.

• Scroll down to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and click "Show Details."

• Click "Log In" under the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club section and log into your American Express Membership Rewards account.

• Link your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account if you haven’t already, and then enter the number of points you'd like to transfer.

• Your Virgin Points will usually appear in your Flying Club account immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.

Enrolment in Virgin Atlantic Flying Club is required as American Express Membership Rewards will be transferred to Virgin Points within your Flying Club account, rather than your Virgin Red account.

• A minimum of 1,000 American Express Membership Rewards points must be transferred, and the transfer amount must be in increments of 500 points. The maximum number of American Express Membership Rewards points you can transfer is 999,000.

• Enrolment in Virgin Atlantic Flying Club is required as American Express Membership Rewards will be transferred to Virgin Points within your Flying Club account, rather than your Virgin Red account.

• American Express is not responsible for availability of flight, accommodations, or any other rewards in the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club programme.

• Airline tickets are subject to availability. Check reward seat availability before transferring points by visiting www.virginatlantic.com.

• Once you have transferred Membership Rewards points, they cannot be transferred back to your Membership Rewards Account and become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club program, found at https://help.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/policies/key-terms.html

• Transfer enough points into your Flying Club account to redeem for your reward seat or top up your Flying Club account.

• Transfers are normally immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.

• Please note that no booking can be made until the Virgin Points are credited to your Flying Club account.

• Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges, including airline surcharges apply on all Virgin Atlantic redemption flights and upgrades.

• All redemption bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club programme.

• Where you use your Virgin Points towards Virgin Red specific offers and rewards, the Virgin Red Programme terms and conditions will apply.
