What is Virgin Red and how does it work?

Virgin Red is Virgin's rewards club, designed to help you earn Virgin Points on your everyday shopping, and then spend them across the Virgin family and your favourite brands on a range of rewards.

How to earn Virgin Points

Simply earn Virgin Points on the shopping you'd be doing anyway. From your essential beauty products, to online shopping, or even your latest laptop, Virgin Red has over 150 ways to earn Virgin Points.

All you have to do is make your purchase via Virgin Red within one browsing session and we'll make sure you can sit back and watch your points balance grow.

How to spend Virgin Points

Starting at just 200 points in the UK and 1,000 in the US, you can spend your Virgin Points on anything from small treats and film tickets to Virgin exclusives, live music, and sun-soaked voyages - adventure awaits. You can even donate them to good causes, spend them with new start-up brands and use them to be kinder to the planet. Whatever you're into, Virgin Red has something for everyone.

How do I get started?

Sign up online or by downloading the Virgin Red app. Once you've signed up and decided which reward you’d like to earn Virgin Points on, click on it, and follow the instructions within the app or website.

You'll earn your Virgin Points once we've confirmed your purchase. Your points will usually show as pending within 5 working days, and will usually be confirmed within 45 days. Travel and subscription merchants will take longer.

Then when you've earned enough points to spend them on something you like, click on the tile of your choice, follow the instructions, and click Redeem. It's really as easy as that.
