The Virgin Red Programme terms and conditions and Virgin Active terms and conditions apply. Please be aware of the following key terms and conditions:
Offer available to new Virgin Active members aged 18+ only (meaning individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club at any time in the past 30 days). If you’re not a new member, you can still gift a voucher code to someone who is.
To activate your reward, you must call Virgin Active’s central sales team on 0207 717 9000 or visit your chosen Virgin Active club.
Don’t miss out - voucher codes expire on 31 December 2025.
By proceeding with your redemption, you acknowledge and agree that Virgin Active will supply you with the relevant service and the service will be subject to Virgin Active’s terms and conditions and policies in place from time to time.
To activate your reward, you’ll need to present a form of photo I.D. on your first visit to a Virgin Active club. You must also complete the Virgin Active Health Commitment statement and comply with the Virgin Active Club Rules.
Any Virgin Active membership redeemed using Virgin Points will begin on the 1st day of the calendar month following activation of the reward with Virgin Active.
When you activate your reward with Virgin Active, you will be required to provide your bank details and enter into a membership agreement with Virgin Active, terms and conditions of which will be available at the point of sign up. After your reward period ends, your membership will automatically continue for successive 12-month periods at a preferential cash rate for Virgin Red members which represents a discount of 15% off RRP. If you don’t want to continue your membership with Virgin Active after the reward period, you can cancel before your membership period begins by giving notice to Virgin Active on or before the 20th day of the final month of your reward period and you will not be charged. After the reward period, the cancellation terms set out in your membership agreement with Virgin Active will apply.
If you want to access Virgin Active after you have redeemed your reward but prior to your membership starting on the 1st day of the following calendar month, you may do so by selecting this option when you contact Virgin Active to activate your Reward. You will be charged a discounted rate of 50% of the normal 12-month membership price for your chosen club, which will be pro-rated for the number of days between your access and your membership starting.
If you wish to cancel your Reward prior to activating it with Virgin Active, you must contact Virgin Red within fourteen (14) days of the date of redemption to cancel and request a refund of Virgin Points.
If you wish to cancel your membership during the reward period, but after activating your Reward with Virgin Active, you must contact Virgin Active to cancel and request a refund of Virgin Points (i) within fourteen (14) days of activation if the Reward has been activated by telephone or (ii) within seven (7) days of activation if the Reward has been activated in a Virgin Active Club.
Once a Reward has expired or you have used your Reward to visit a Virgin Active Club, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
Only one Virgin Active reward redemption (of any type) is permitted per person.
Voucher codes cannot be used in connection with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Reward memberships can be used at all Virgin Active clubs within or below the membership tier selected at the point of redemption.
